Pickup
Orders must be picked up during the selected pickup window at the selected location. Unclaimed orders are held until the end of the dance day.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the school's ordering deadline. After the deadline, flowers have been purchased and orders cannot be refunded.
Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and natural. We may substitute blooms of similar color, style and value to keep your palette true.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order (name, contact info, school, pickup). Payments are processed by our checkout provider; we never store card details.
